The Owosso City Council will be holding a public hearing to consider the list of unpaid invoices, otherwise known as the Hazards & Nuisances special assessment roll on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. Affected property owners can register their objection in writing, or by making a personal appearance at City Hall at the time of the hearing.
