The Human Resources Office is an administrative branch of the City Manager’s office which is responsible for providing centralized control and management of support services to all city departments and divisions in the areas of labor negotiations, contract administration, personnel administration, benefits, equal employment opportunity, workers’ compensation, employee health services, safety and other special programs.
