Contractor crews working for the City of Owosso will soon begin work on a sanitary sewer and manhole restoration project.  Work will be in various locations throughout the City, please refer to the project map for specific locations.  Sewer mains (pipes) will be cleaned and a video inspection will be performed.  The contractor will manufacture the necessary products to fit at each pipe location, then return to the work site to install the new lining material.  Those residents that will be directly affected by the work will be notified by mailed letter and door hanger.  Sanitary manholes will be repaired at designated locations as shown on the project map.  This project will begin Monday, September 14, 2020 with anticipated completion on or before March 26, 2021.

PROJECT CONTACT INFORMATION
The project is managed and overseen by the City Engineering Division and OHM Advisors, the City's consultant.  The contractor is Insituform Technologies USA, LLC.  Other subcontracts and utility companies may also be present on-site.  All construction personnel and contractors will be in marked vehicles.  For more information or any questions, please contact one of the following project supervisors:
