Last night the City Council voted to hold a public forum in partnership with local refuse haulers on Tuesday, November 12 at 6:30 p.m. in the public safety building to talk about refuse collection in the City. Currently, a single hauler service is NOT being considered per a motion passed by City Council in October. The discussion on November 12 will be on the current ordinance and possible updates - if any. We repeat, a single contractor service is NOT being considered.
