The City Council of the City of Owosso, Shiawassee County, Michigan will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 301 West Main Street, Owosso, Michigan to receive citizen comment regarding the City’s application to the Michigan Department of Transportation, on behalf of the Steam Railroading Institute, for Transportation Alternatives Program grant funding to return Chicago & North Western steam locomotive #175 to operating condition.
