The City Council has scheduled a public hearing for Monday, May 7, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 301 West Main Street to receive citizen comment regarding the proposal amend Chapter 26, Signs, Article IV, General Provisions, Section 26-19, General standards for permitted signs, subsection 1a, Sign setbacks, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Owosso to reduce the setback requirement of ten (10) feet from any public right-of-way to five (5) feet.
