The Owosso City Council has called a special meeting for Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber for the purpose of discussing the City's Property Sale Policy and a proposed auction of City-owned property. The public is welcome to attend and opportunity will be provided for citizen comment.
