A Public Hearing will take place March 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, 301 West Main Street, Owosso, MI 48867 for the purpose of hearing public comment pertaining to the proposed amendment to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Project Plan.
