Special Meeting - Goal Setting Session

The Owosso City Council will be holding a special meeting Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers for the purpose of conducting a goal-setting session for the 2026-27 fiscal year.   The public is welcome to attend.
