The Owosso Main Street/Downtown Development Authority Board will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 7:30 a.m. in Council Chambers, 301 West Main Street, Owosso. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the interview process for DDA/OMS Director applicants and a change order request for Exchange Street Planter Replacement. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
