Hathaway Drive will be officially opened for public use on July 10, 2017. The new road will be primary access for both Sunoco Protective Solutions and Cargill Corporation. The project is delivered on time and within budget requirements. The City of Owosso extends its appreciation to Crawford Contract, Inc.; OHM Advisors Engineering; Cargill Corporation; and Sunoco Protective Solutions for their involvement and commitment to this important new street.
