Consumers Energy plans to begin work the week of March 8, 2021 along N Gould Street from Oliver Street to King Street. Consumers Energy will replace its existing gas main with new plastic pipe in advance of the upcoming road work. Road work is expected to begin mid-June, 2021 with all work being completed by mid-September, 2021. Updated information will be posted periodically on the City of Owosso Facebook page and website.
