The Owosso City Council will hold its Organizational Meeting on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.  Newly elected Council members will be sworn in and a new Mayor and Mayor Pro-Tem elected.  The public is welcome to attend.
