NOTICE IS hereby given, as provided by Section 5.4(e) of the City Charter and Act 267, Public Acts of Michigan, that a SPECIAL MEETING OF THE OWOSSO CITY COUNCIL has been called for Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.  The meeting will be held in the Arlee Room of D’Mar Banquet & Conference Center, 1488 N. M-52, Owosso, Michigan for the purpose of strategic planning. The public is welcome to attend and opportunity will be afforded for citizen comment.
