The City Council has set a public hearing for Monday, March 5, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber to receive citizen comment regarding the proposal to establish a special assessment district for the resurfacing of Harding Avenue from Chipman Street to Hanover Street. Residents are encouraged to make their feelings known as to whether the project is necessary and has the proper scope.
