The City Council has scheduled a public hearing for Monday, September 18, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 301 West Main Street to receive citizen comment regarding the proposed project to reconstruct East Oliver Street from Oak Street to Gould Street. If approved, a portion of the cost of this project will be specially assessed to the properties along Oliver Street in the construction area.
