The City Council will be holding a public hearing on Monday, May 1, 2017 at approximately 7:30 p.m. to receive citizen comment regarding the special assessment roll for the Oliver Street Reconstruction Project. This hearing will provide citizens along the project route the opportunity to comment about whether they feel their assessment is fair and equitable. Comments regarding the proposed special assessments may be made as follows:

Those affected citizens that may wish to appeal their assessment to the Michigan Tax Tribunal must protest by submitting written comments prior to the close of the public hearing or by making verbal comments during the hearing.
