The City Council has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 301 West Main Street to receive citizen comment regarding the request from Owosso REI Group, LLC to establish a tax abatement district, more specifically a Plant Rehabilitation District, for their property at 300 West Main Street.
