The City of Owosso Employees' Retirement System Board of Trustees has called a special meeting for Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 7:15 am in the City Hall Council Chambers for the purpose of interviewing prospective international money managers and considering payment authorization to the System's investment consultant Graystone-Holycross. The public is welcome to attend and opportunity will be provided for citizen comment.
